Delivery Charges Delivery is free of charge, and free next working day delivery is available on orders over £100, to most UK mainland addresses. For standard delivery we aim to deliver within 5 working days. Any addresses which don't qualify for free delivery will have the delivery charge provided during the checkout process. We do offer a next day delivery option with DHL for only £2.99! Dispatch We aim to dispatch all goods (Monday to Friday) for any order placed before 3pm on the same day. Orders made after this time, or on a Bank Holiday, will be dispatched the next available working day. Delivery Should you not be available upon delivery the courier may; leave the parcel with a neighbour, return the following day or leave the parcel in a 'safe place' on your premises, as per their terms. Ample do not accept any responsibility for parcels left safe should they go missing or become damaged from the choices made by the courier on delivery. Click & Collect Our free click & collect service is available for any order size. When you go to checkout, under 'Delivery method' simply choose the 'Pick up' option. Please provide an email address on your order and we will email you once the order is ready to collect. Monday - Friday we aim to have any click & collect orders ready within 3 hours of them being received. Orders placed on a weekend will be available the next working day. Shortages/Damages on Delivery If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there are any shortages on delivery or damage to goods in transit, you should notify Ample Store, a division of TCB Direct at your earliest opportunity, usually within 24 hours of delivery. In the first instance we will endeavour to repair the item if received damaged. Only when the manufacturer advises its unrepairable will we then issue a replacement. ------ RETURNS POLICY If any product is defective in any way or has a fault within 90 days of purchase, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Paints : We can only accept returns on tins of paint that have not been opened or used.
